    • Re-purposing and expanding an existing shed-like structure to create staff quarters, a reception area and an utility room
    • Demolishing an old building structure that could not be salvaged
    • Adding a veranda and roof structure thatched with coconut leaves to create shade on the property
    • Installing a solar PV system to run the water pump and secure power supply for the house (battery) – 80% of power needs are currently met through solar energy

  • • Consulting with an ecological expert to advise on ecological planning for biodiversity as well as soil and water protection
    • Getting to know the seasonal changes in rain and wind patterns
    • Gathering approx. 500 native trees and shrubs for a first round of planting in 2022
    • Mulching existing fruit trees (coconut, mango, pomegranate, chikku, guava etc.)
